Munnar is a small hill station in the district of Idukki district of the Indian state Kerala.It is a town full of splendours, carpeted with emerald green tea plantation, molded, clipped, sculptured like embellishing enclosure.
The town is the Largest tea growing region of South India. This hill station was once the summer resort of British Government in south India. The name Munnar is believed to mean three river referring to its location.
